Called NESS to reconfirm reserv was told they did not have reserv for me.They told me they did not have any space.I had to find storage elsewhere I will not use Uhaul again.DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT.

They close the office really early so we didn`t get to get in until the next day, and they didn`t have the size we booked so the gave us two that equql the same size
