The WORST experience EVER dealing with the staff. I must have spoken with 5 different people in one day to close my account and everyone kept transferring me over to someone else.

I forgot the name of the guy who helped us but he couldn`t have been more helpful or friendly. He got us all set up returning our trailer and into a storage space. Great customer service.

Clean building, excellent staff and though we had a coupon, we were treated with the upmost respect. The place reflects the best in uhaul service.

The PC system that everyone was using was very slow and meant I had to keep waiting while trying to sort out the return of my truck and my storage.

Staff is personable and reliable. Thank you for allowing me to have my household items to be TLC`d.

I was told by website and cust svce that a 5x10 space was big enough for a 1-2 bedrm up to 1200 sq ft apt.But upon arrival,i had to rent a second unit to fit all that was in my 1 bedrm, 750 sq ft apt.

This is my first storage experience. It was very easy to use and very easy to access. The only thing I wish would improve is the parking. there usually is no parking at the structure.

I chose this storage location mostly because of the staffs helpfulness and willing to go over and beyond. There is a storage place closer to me, but their staff sucked. Thanks
