The outdated elevator and stairs between elevator level are a nuisance and cause the moving experience to be more frustrating than necessary

Hours of access made it hard to get things when needed. I work 7-5 during the week. I only had access to my locker on weekends. That sucked.

your staffing levels is always very poor at thsi location. it seems that the workers are unable to help all guest, this inturn leaves the customer waiting around for long periods of time.

Conflicting info from different employees about the 1st month free storage w/ a one-way rental. Check-in experience was slow. After taking info a mistake was made and had to do the entire process over

U-Box due 11/28.Was lost and no one knew where it was. Found 12/03. Rec`d it 12/05. Hard to get updates from U-Haul until I asked to escalate issue. Will never use again.

I paid $176.95 for a month of storage and when I opened the indoor storage unit there was mouse droppings all over my stuff. The service was average at best.

Nightmare. Computer issue caused hr delay in am. Continous late delivery and misleading info from staff resulted in 4 xtra hr moving. Gave 3 boxes free. didnt cover the 4hr over charge by movers
