When I made my reservation for the U-Box in July, the information was not relayed properly to U-Haul of Oakland, so it was a little chaotic at first but the staff has been really helpful and kind.

I believe the cargo 5X8 I`ve been renting is much safer then the U-box.Cargo got safe lock in the back unlike U-box got a handmade screws.Anyone can use crwobar to snap it and take your belongings.

The U-Box was to be delivered early Sat morning.It was not.Trying to communication with anyone at the U-Box location was a frustrating and endless series of being on hold and dropped calls.

Very poor coordination of operation of ubox at oakland location. Lack of job knowledge Luby the driver was nice although she was 1.5hrs late

When i calledand your rep told me you dont do Ubox and given other location number that i also tried but they sent me back to Oakland again and again and again.
