Our key cards never worked for the gate. We had to pay extra for the 24 hour, that still never worked. There was a standing puddle when we moved out of the unit.

It was very busy but I was still greeted immediately upon arriving. The manager and other employees were very professional and courteous. I truly appreciate the great customer service they provided.

The staff was always helpful and courtious!! The only problem i had was there was not anywhere to discard unwanted items, without paying a fee. However staff did try to accommodate with this......
