This storage place is NOT affiliated w/ UHaul and would not honor the free months rent as promised.

The storage facility did not have a reservation for me when I called to confirm. The also did not have any available units for me. I had to find another storage facility on my own.

Couldn`t get to the office, 2 parking spaces available were both full. Facility was dirty and not all of it was gated. You could just drive up to the garages off the street.

Did not receive 1 month free as advertised. Also, the size of storage unit I reserved, they did not have available, so I ended up having to get a bigger one. Very disappointed!

I talked with them and they told us emove is not affiliated with them. Very confusing. It is not center street storage fault but emove didn`t communicate with them very well.

The facility and its staff were VERY helpful and provided room for us even though the online reservation system was down and they had no record of our reservation.

Rating:
Generally dirty, but the manager was accomodating. This property is not associated with UHAUL!!!! He has been trying to stop Uhaul from using his facility.

Rating:
Some confusion wiht obtaining passcodes. Easy moving once those were obtained. Also, an unlocked gate was noted and brought to the attention of the individual at the facility that day.
