I found out that instead of an indoor unit,I was reserved an outdoor parking space for an RV.I had to go somewhere else.

Needed to change reserv. Left mess.'s during bus. hours. After 4th mess., not home; they said call back in 2 days. Didn't have info. after move. They didn't even call when I didn't show. Aweful serv.
