website stated that office was open until 5:30pm on saturdays. When we got there to get storage unit, office was closed. They closed at 4pm.

Staff is extremely friendly. Only problem was that the room-size requested was not available upon arrival, and I had to take a much more expensive larger room, or one that was too small.
