I felt communication between the office and myself was limited and not proactive. Getting in touch with the office was difficult and unorganized. My expected final date was delayed by a month.

Your u-box call center is awful. However, the manager at the Lancaster, CA location was great. The fill in/roaming manager at the Overland Park/Metcalf KS location, Richard, was amazing!

Everyone we talked to was very friendly and accomdating. They were all very helpful.

Service was good, pricing reasonable.

Both Darren in KS TEagan White in AZ were excellent pro-active staff.

Top quality service

This is the best location to use U-hall or U-box service. The mgr Bob and the staff are helpful and responsible. I strongly recommend this location for vehicle rental needs. Thank you guys!

Only issue was one of the boxes had a latch that was not properly attached and came off during use. Did not affect the use of the box though and the guys at the store would have it fixed.

I was told to call ahead when I was picking up the box. Talked to 4 people and the message was never relayed to the store. Took over an hour to get the box. Internet site is not very clear.
