It was frustrating with the limited delivery area and its very hard to reach anyone by phone but overall the Ubox served our needs. Faustino was very helpful

Only reason I didn`t say Excellent -Staff in Santa Barbara were not very knowledgable and forgot to take my credit card info, resulting in delay of shipment=but I wasn`t in a rush

Although I arranged for the UBOX to be delivered at my apartment and paid for it one month ago it took me 5 calls to get them to move it from Oxnard to my home. Not acceptable.

Overall this move was a disaster! El Centro staff was great other than that I would never use U-haul again. Oxnard manager was rude and unprofessional. Please call. Paul Chounet 760-604-5621
