The new manager was rude and had a attitude everytime i came into the store. I recently moved to another storage just so that i would not have to deal with her.

the customer service with great. The staff was friendly and understanding. On the weekend it appears that more help is needed for the volume of customers waiting to be served.

storage unit was filthy.....mouse droppings everywhere we had to throw things away as it was covered in mouse urine and droppings....would never use this storage again and would tell others not to
