I reserved my U Haul trailer along with the storage center and received a conf. , and when I arrived at storage that had to record of my reservation and luckily they had a spot available.

The reservation did not work. The clerk could not find the reservation in his computer. He had the facilities available so we went ahead and rented a storage unit. He had no record of our reservation.
