problem with pickup. We had date to pickupbut-u-didnt have on schedule-we waited 1.5hrs-told to come backlaterhad to come back next day Uhaulstill charged me for trailerNot happy!

U-boxes are smaller than anticipated, the dimensions are for the outside of the box, not the interior space. Service was fantastic and great communication!
