lights by the storage units did not stay lid long enought to go in and out of the units for more than 5mins.

it was always so hard to call the pay your bill.. most of the time the phone is writing for hours.. every time you went in there were was there had an attitude problem

They often gave false or conflicting information. Their manager was very arrogant to his customers and staff, which caused some of his staff and customers to leave. They also don`t prorate
