All went well with the exception of computer troubles when I was there. They called me back at home, and it still did not work, but it did when I took the Ubox back. No fault of the staff.

U-Box was available on day requested and after loading was picked up and put into transit within 24 hrs. Arrived at final destination over 1000 miles away in 4 days.

The facility was well run, although short staffed. Anthony Razi was hard working organized and very helpful despite the number of customers he was helping. He deserves a raise and more help!
