This site is listed on uhaul.com, which I made my reservation through, but when I showed up to sign my paperwork, there was no record of my reservation. This is confusing to customers.

Went elsewhere--was told should have been charged more so all could give was a room with small door anticipate price increase. Poor customer service. Found one cheaper, nicer to work with!
