The box I got was was ready to fall apart when I towed it over to the Ubox facility. I had to spend 2 hours with their onsite carpenter helping repair loose boards as well as rehang the door.

The day after I moved my stuff in, they put a second lock on my unit for non-payment and then insisted I use a disc lock although no policy or part of the contract specified any such requirement.

Having to pay extra for 24 hr access is why I would not recommend this Uhaul storage.
