Lost my delivery reservation. Could not back into a straight driveway - took 30mins to do so while I was paying movers for their time. Left with U-Box with some of my belongings still in it.

Have staff tell storage customers their storage cube will be locked. I showed up and found that I could not get into my space due to lock being put on it the same day that I paid for it. WHY!

The only thing I would do to change my experience is if a customer ends their contract early, for U-Haul to refund the prorated amount of the remainder of the month.
