I had a terrible experience. This U-box office is completely disorganized. Their customer service is completely unacceptable lying about U-box status, never returning calls.

U-haul was a nightmare reservations for truck and storage were lost.given a hard time about it.Got smaller unit that didnt fit all my stuff.RESERVATIONS NOT HONORED!Employees at facility were nasty.
