I dropped off my ubox and paid in full. 5 days later I get a call that they won`t ship my box until I`ve paid. They took a minute to look in their system and found that I`d already paid.

I think that using the trailer portion of the trucks was a very good idea. I like that it is all enclosed the same as the truck.

Location is in a bad area, very scarry to be there at night. I would not store at this location again.
