I reserved a first floor unit but when I go there they said they didn`t have any and I ended up on the second floor. Not what I was looking for, but didn`t have a choice.

The reservation number was not in the system at High Tech Storage when I arrived. Fortunately they had adequate space and I was able to store my things there.
