It was a busy moving weekend and the place seemed understaffed. Staff was nice and helpful but was obviously stressed and very busy, the place needed to be staffed better or have a better manager.

The manager charged me extra for my second u-haul box, and although he did drop the box off for me, he did it over 2 days so I ended up being charged twice for vehicle rental.
