Staff Rob Johnson was helpful and knowledgeable. Others in the office seemed less helpful. With phones ringing and many people waiting in the store it became chaotic and difficult to get attention.

one of my boxes lock closure was broken and a temporary closure was put on it that didn`t lock. i was not notified that it had broken.

Problem with the Ubox is the price. I thought I had a $200 dollar fee and then I was charged $100 for a pick up. I was not aware that there would be additional fees.

The delivery person was AMAZING! She was prompt and very willing to adjust her schedule to help us out. I`m so glad that we were able to work with her! She really knew what was going on.

It was convenient and staff were friendly and helpful however the website doesn`t tell you the whole pricing with the u box and it was misleading, as a result of that I will not recommend this service
