The pod arrived on time at the destination with the hinges busted open. It was held shut by the lock. The contents were covered with a nest of ants. Everything needed spraying. Only 3 dishes broken.

I needed the box for storage and rented it online it should have had me pick up the box at the storage facility where I had to drop it off, but they had me pick it up at a different location.
