John was very professional and helpful with the whole process. I had an easy time locating my unit, and it was a breeze unloading my stuff and getting it into the unit.

Reserved on U Haul`s site, called and they said they haven`t worked with U-Haul for a year.I arrived to find the office locked but there was an machine that let me complete my registration.

Moving into the first row is difficult. I had to move the UHaul truck 6 times to allow other people to pass by.

Check in was long. The inside of our storage space wasn`t clean, dusty, some broken glass a good size space for the money. Easy access from two sides. No light in storage space. $7.99 for padlock.

I have not move in yet.I asked if the unit had an outside entrance was told yes over the phone.it was in an inside corridor.Everything else in the sign up process was fine.

I moved to to Haverhill, MA. and was going to need storage at the same place I could leave the uhaul. I was looking for a drive-up unit. But it did fit,but I would recommend USA

the facility is fine but I take objection to being held hostage on a REQUIRED feedback scenario. If I had known in advance I would not have ordered through emove.
