staff tried to reschedule 4x, but could not give a window for delivery. box came on trailer and had to be parked far. uhual should have brought their forklift so they could deliver to door.

It would be nice to be able to haul the ubox one way. I was told that I had to return the trailer to the location it was rented from which forced me to do two roundtrips totalying 400 miles.
