Carlos took forever, some of his answers were actually wrong. we weren`t credited a free month of storage with truck rental. Then I was locked out because he didn`t complete my paperwork.

The side double doors were not secure. They are glass and on the opposite wall from the office. They were locked, but loose on the bottom and could easily be forced open from the outside
