chicken wire ceiling does not seem secure, yet to see. only 1 customer service person lead to a long line and wait. not sure it is heated, as is stated, always seems cold.

Customer service here is top priority. Very friendly and very helpful. The ramp to back up to the loading dock was awesome. I highly recommend this facility.

Smooth and easy move in, the facility was fantastic and the staff were great. The only problem is I was not given the first month rent free despite having a coupon for one month free rent.

I was very impressed with the upkeep of the facility itself. The staff that helped us was very friendly and fast. The only thing is that sometimes the gate is open for long periods of time.
