Rating:
The lighting in the inside storage hallways was not sufficient to illuminate the inside of our specific unit. This made it difficult to manage some items inside the unit.

Two phone calls to you.Both calls were answered by a female, two different people and false info was given They should be better trained. The wrong info caused a lot of confusion and frustration.

Facility appeared to be in the process of renovations so that is why it wasn`t very clean. The storage units are not lit so it is an inconvience.

1. Staff was not very friendly or looked like they cared for their customers. You might want to turn that around if you want customers to stick around. 2. Electronic key card never worked!
