The facility is perfect. we have used it before. However we will not be moving in until Aug. 9th 2011. We ordered the unit too soon. We Will be moving in to it on the 9th.

Tried several times to call both numbers, left messages, no call back, stopped in on the 21st and 22nd, office closed, rented from another company

They had no record of our reservation when we called to check in so that was upsetting but they made everything okay and gave us a storage unit late in the evening.

I had informed the U-haul agent that I had a 3-5 bdrm apt. the agent reserved a 5 X *X10 unit. The owner realized I need more space and gave me an additional storage unit.

they are a run down facility and the are not connected to U-HAUL except for a truck drop.I ended up having to go 50 miles to lancaster,Ohio to store my goods.
