WHY ISN`T THE RENT PRORATED-I HAD TO REMOVE BY BELONGINGS WHEN I WAS ABLE TO SECURE ASSISTANCE, BUT WAS NOT DUE A REFUND ON THE AMOUNT PAID BECAUSE U-HAUL DOES NOT PRO-RATE.
