Would rate it higher if there was a way to track the location of the box during shipment.

The facilty was neat and clean and the staff was helpful. We have not picked up our U-Box since it was delivered to Columbus, Ohio. We will be picking it up in a couple weeks.

Box wasn`t delivered on time, and when it was delivered it was delivered to my neighbors driveway. Took another hour and a half to finally get the box where I intended it to be.

The latch on the box wasn`t lined up right....it was very hard to lock and close

My Ubox experience couldnt have been any better! Professional, courteous staff and service and affordable rates. Uhaul sets the bar high in this market.

we rented 2 U-boxes one made it back intact - the other did not, the contents were received loaded on 2 pallets with no explanation and have not found out what happened yet - contents were damaged

Ok so it said my actual review was too long--the staff was great, but they could use more help. Can`t say enough about them, I will use them again when I need storage or moving services.

Wrong store called to confirm my reservation I never was told why. I was then sent to the right store in a hurricane only to find out that it was closed pissed me off. I will never use Uhaul again.

I had to clean the cobwebs in the ubox before I loaded it with my items. Other than that the staff at Uhaul Poughkeepsie were great to work with.
