I found that I needed a larger unit. The lady at the desk knew the the system and was able to locate a larger unit. The facility was very neat and well maintained.

Customer Service Very Friendly, Unit was nice and clean, facility clean, only thing I can say is they need a receptionist to answer phones, while attending to renting units to other customers waiting!

Unfortunately I did not take the storage unit because I did not travel to Louisiana. But I was pleased that the company called to confirm the unit. Self-storage was a pleasure to work with.

The facility is great -- clean, easy to unload, and well lighted. The attendant was also great. She processed all of the paperwork very quickly and clearly explained all of my options.
