The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a couple mixups with our U-Box they moved it or put it away when we weren`t expecting them to. Overall it was great!

My U-Box is shipping 1-week late because management forgot to call me. I had to be proactive and go through the call center multiple times playing phone tag to get my order finished.
