Clean facility, space as represented, attentive and pleasant staff hrs. mo. storage rates not as posted on your website. Although so stated, no elevator presently exists.

I found the attention at the front desk was straighforward. The unit wall next to the door has a separation that allows visibility to the inside from the corridor.

We didn`t keep room cuz place was absolutely dirty, smelled of roach spray, cat size rat traps all over the place. So will need you to cancel this transaction.
