Romena was knowledgeable and efficient. Access was never a problem, box was always ready, contents in mint condition even though she used a forklift to bring it out. Pricing not bad.

There were limited tie downs in side of the u-box making it difficult to secure all of the items there were being shipped. All in all not bad for our first time using the u-box program.

It`s just expensive when you take it from city to drop in another one, I took it from Hayward and left it in Redwood city, it took only around 28miles ..

Having the U-Box picked up after I emptied it was painful. I`m still not sure whether it was collected by U-Haul or towed by the city for sitting on the street for too long.

I walked away from the unit as it was horrible and required about 15 steps on a very steep ladder. You can easily fall. Steps were narrow. I will never rent storage from u-haul
