Madison store 51 is totally worthless. Verona road staff were helpful fixing the other store`s issue. The young woman at the renton rainier avenue uhaul was great! She saved our experience.

Nothing broke. Relatively painless. Need to allow selection of load facilities instead of just defaulting to closest I`ve when reserving online.

I called 3 times to U-Haul Renton and they were unable to know if my U-Box was there. I went there and they didn`t have trucks available. I waste my time and the trip to go there.

box late, forced to pay another month due to box showing up late, then called on 4 separate occasions to get box delivered with NO returned phone call. had to just go and pick up myself.
