All of the people I talked to were very, very nice. The phone system is inadequate, which meant I spoke to many, many people. All was good but slow.

Extremely incompetent staff gave movers immense difficulty in picking up ubox. I was even told by someone at the Richmond office that my reservation was cancelled.

I hate when I need to contact the store/mgr, I am automatically routed to the national cust. svc no. and they are oblivious to the individualized needs I may have.
