I cannot get either the location or corporate customer service to respond to my emails. REALLY TICKED OFF. Will be forced to move this weekend to another facility that will answer my emails.

The ceiling is falling in. I had to move units once due to pieces of the ceiling and rain falling into my unit. In the new unit, I still had large chunks of the ceiling all over my things.
