Overall a great experience and the delivery drivers and customer service people were awesome! Only thing that would have made my experience excellent would be communication from the auburn facility.

The boxes were not delivered to my home as scheduled. Instead I had to make several trips to the u-haul location in Temecula which was 22 miles from my house. I was not happy with this.
