Website was misleading. No mention that storage unit was not climate controlled. I was warned to put any boxes on the provided pallets, else they would soak up water from the cement floor.

The size was perfect the attendant offered pallets to put items on to kee them from moisture. Area was easily accessed with the U-haul truck. Attendant went out of his way to be helpful.

I made a reservation online at 3:00 pm on Thursday and at noon on Friday they called and said the unit was rented Friday morning and no other units were available.

Staff was friendly, shorage sheds weren`t the cleanest cobwebs and dirt on the floors but nothing that can`t be swept out. Secure entry, and you have to provide your own lock!
