My Ubox was left uncovered during a thunderstorm. No apparent damage, but very unprofessional. Box was shoddily constructed the padlock latch wasn`t aligned properly and ultimately fell off

when we called the 800 someone reserved us a unit in another city not Rochester,disturbing. The young man in Rochester office did a great job getting us a workable unit. thanx

THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY, BUT NOT VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE COMPUTER SYSTEM TO GET EVERYTHING BOOKED/CHECKED OUT. IT WAS FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO WAIT/COME BACK AS THEY WEREN`T SURE OF THE PROCESS.

The staff in Rochester, MN was excellent. Went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed, even got us a bottle of cold water on a very hot day. Great experience with UHaul!
