Besides Chris Varney at the Rochester Nh location, this experience was awful and still is unresolved. still waiting call back from Dover NH. Rochester NH should NOT be docked.

The storage unit smelled like animal urine, the unit had spiders and water damage. I`m very glad I did not pay for this unit and that my belongings will only be there for two weeks.
