Jose helped w/ reservation. Very nice, knowledgeable able to answer all questions. Only problem I had was w/ the storage access. Couldnt enter storage at 9pm even though I got extended access.

Everything was done nicely. Staff was particularly helpful. The only real complaints is that the loading bays are not very confenient in terms of numbers/location.

Furniture, clothes and some other personal items experienced water damage. Staff was not supportive and made claims that it was my fault.
