200 char. count doesn’t provide enough space to detail my dissatisfaction. My calls to Uhaul corporate weren’t answered. This facility is the worst. The elevator, computers, processes are horrible.

Val was extremely helpful getting me moved into my unit. She was courteous and professional and got me in and out. This facility is clean and is secure with RFID cards, cameras, and motion sensors.

Freight elevator always broke.Unable to empty my unit. Customer service is a joke. I had 2 pay an extra 2 months on my bill, no apology or credit.

first off they told noone that the elevator was going to be out of service had to walk down stairs then i was paid up through jan 19th 2013 but they only reimbursed me only one month
