Unfortunately, I was very disatisfied. Quality was not the service I recieved. I arrived at your storage facility at 12 noon, walked inside and was told,won`t open for another hour.

Great cust svc. Main entrance to storage facility was a little dirty/smelly. Brought it to front desk`s attention. She said it was not the norm.
