While the staff at the saco location were very helpful, I was given incorrect info as to when my box would be shipped and it ended up shipping 3 weeks after I was told it would.

Convenient facility

Boxes are great. Good condition, great size. Staff was overworked and did not give me confidence in my move. The box was not ready to go. We waited 2 hrs for it. 2nd box not strapped down properly.

Lack of customer service! Do not contact!

The U-Box experience was very easy, and the staff on either end were very helpful.

Box latches broken upon p/up 11.08. they held to fix and forgot to ship. Took 20 days! I was called twice w/ wrong p/up date for box. Poor management.

I called more than two weeks in advance to ensure my U-Box would be ready for pick-up. I ended up waiting 45 minutes because the only person working in the office was unaware of my requests.
