It took 26 days to get my box when I was quoted 10-11. Then I was lied to that it was on its way when it wasn`t. I also filed 3 different complaints with customer service and never heard back.

Mgr Mark Hartley told me he had secured a revs 4 pick up of box and trailer. Waited 1.5 hrs. Staff clueless. Boxes soiled by mice poop and urine. Very dissatisfied.
