Everyone I spoke w/ was very nice,but all told me something different.I paid more than quotedthe original reservation was not executed.It was very stressfulfrustrating.I will never use U-Haul again.

Loved the service! The only trouble I had was the lock that fit the pod that was on site did NOT fit the one I got, so I had to get a different one. Thanks for the great work!
