Level of service was great. The box had some minor issues though. The screws that were used to secure the door had a loose thread which made it difficult to open.

I will caractarize the facility in one sentence: It is the storage facility from hell. With no elevator and no units on the first floor moving my things in was a nightmare!

The staff was great. Mustafa helped us out was very nice. I would not recommend it due to the fact the stairs steep incline that was needed to access our storage unit.
